Shipping Policy

What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery times are comprised of two phases:

Processing time (1-3 business days):
This includes order confirmation, customization, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping time:
We strive to deliver orders within 8 to 12 business days, depending on the destination:

UK: 8-10 business days
North America
(United States, Canada): 8-10 business days
Oceania (Australia): 8-12 business days

We do not process online orders on weekends or UK public holidays. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs:
We believe shopping should be simple and stress-free. That’s why we never charge you for shipping – no hidden fees, no surprises. Just shop, enjoy, and let us take care of the rest!

Cancellation:
Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately, making cancellation not possible. However, you can return the item after you receive it. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, but please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Lost or returned package:
