RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The customer is responsible for the return costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are processed once the item has been returned to our warehouse overseas. We advise to return the shipment with a valid track and trace code to trace the shipment. When sending the shipment without a valid track and trace code, we will unfortunately not be able to trace the shipment. LILLI MUSE is not responsible for return shipments. 

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully and, if you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@lillimuse.com with a video record of unpacking, capturing the product's condition, and email it to us; we will review the proof and respond within 24 hours.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are not eligible for return such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 
We cannot accept returns if the product has been used or if the packaging is missing.

Exhanges

REFUND POLICY:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within fourteen business days.
